Mount Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church is a congregation of the ELCA committed to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Word and Sacrament, building a community of faith, and serving our neighbors in University Place and the greater Tacoma area.
We exist because the Gospel of Jesus Christ changes lives. Mount Cross is a place where people of all backgrounds can hear God's word, receive His grace, and be equipped to live as His people in the world.
Our Vision
To be a congregation where people encounter the grace of God, grow as disciples of Jesus, and are sent to love and serve the world.
